Poolnet is a pool service route management app built for pool service professionals. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights around it.
Who We Are

What Data We Collect
When you create an account and use Poolnet, we collect:
- Your name and email address
- Your business name and profile information
- Client information you enter (names, addresses, contact details, service notes)
- Service records and chemistry readings you log
- Photos you upload through the app
- Technician information for accounts you manage
- Your device's location, used to attach GPS coordinates to service stops and assist with address search — only while you're using the app
How We Use Your Data
We use your data solely to provide the Poolnet service:
- To authenticate your account and keep it secure
- To store and display your client and route information
- To send service report emails to your clients on your behalf
- To display invoice and billing information
Third Party Services
Poolnet uses the following third party services to operate:
- Supabase — database and authentication
- Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing. Stripe stores your payment card details directly; Poolnet never receives or stores your full card number.
- Resend — transactional email delivery
- Cloudflare — hosting and content delivery
- Mapbox — address search and autocomplete
Each service has its own privacy policy and handles data only as needed to provide their function.
Data Retention
Your data is stored for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account from within the app, your profile, business data, and login credentials are permanently and immediately removed.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and data
- Export your data upon request

Children's Privacy
Poolnet is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes to This Policy
If we make material changes to this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
