Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of Poolnet, a pool service route management platform operated by Poolnet LLC. By creating an account and using Poolnet, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Who We Are

Accounts and Eligibility

To use Poolnet you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Poolnet LLC is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

Subscription and Billing

Poolnet is a paid subscription service. By activating your account, you agree to the following pricing:

• Solo plan: $35/month, includes up to 60 active clients
• Additional clients: $1.00 per active client beyond 60
• Team plans: $35/month per additional technician, each with 60 clients included
• Additional clients per tech: $1.00 per active client beyond each tech's 60 included

Subscriptions are billed monthly. Your payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle. All fees are in USD and are non-refundable except as required by law.

Your 30-day free trial begins when you activate your account. You will not be charged until the trial period ends.

Free Trial

New owner accounts receive a 30-day free trial. No charge is made until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial without being charged. After the trial, your subscription will begin automatically at the applicable monthly rate unless you cancel beforehand.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us at support@poolnet.app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the service until then. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Poolnet only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not:

• Use the service to store or transmit unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the app
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer access to the service to third parties
• Use the service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation

Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into Poolnet, including client information, service records, and photos. You grant Poolnet LLC a limited license to store and process this data solely to provide the service to you. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. Client Communications

Poolnet sends service report emails to your clients on your behalf using the email addresses you provide. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to communicate with your clients via email and that the information you send is accurate. Poolnet LLC is not responsible for the content of communications sent through the platform.

Service Availability

We aim to keep Poolnet available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. Poolnet LLC is not liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from service interruptions.

Intellectual Property

All software, design, trademarks, and content comprising the Poolnet platform are the property of Poolnet LLC or its licensors. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use our intellectual property other than as necessary to use the service as intended.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Poolnet is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Poolnet LLC does not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted, or that any defects will be corrected. Your use of the service is at your sole risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Poolnet LLC and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved in the courts of California.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
